Split-half, Half, Whole - $6.49 per pound (approximately 80-100 lbs*, 2 boxes*)
Each split-half or 1/4 share will have a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef and stew. There will also be one small bag of bones in each 1/4. Everything will be weighed and priced the same.
*To give you an idea of how much freezer space you will need for each share, each box is 2 cubic feet.
Here are the steps to order bulk:
- Visit our webstand
- Select Summer or Fall Delivery. Summer shares will be delivered sometime in July and Fall will be delivered sometime in October. We will contact you with details prior to your pick up date.
- Choose the amount you would like to order
- Place your deposit
We have been working hard on our breeding program to develop a herd that is best suited for grass-finishing, our climate and the land. We have a herd of Belted Galloway and Angus Cattle.
